Pain has a way of shrinking your world.
The run you skip. The baby you can't lift comfortably. The workday you push through with a heat pack on your neck. Aches and injuries don't just hurt; they quietly change what you say yes to.
You don't have to accept that as normal. It starts with a clear assessment, hands-on care where it's appropriate, and a plan you can actually follow.
